Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Darius brings a wealth of accounting expertise to the ONE10 team. Currently, his role at ONE10 is primarily centered on supporting the real estate fund management practice. Prior to joining ONE10, Darius served as a staff accountant in the manufacturing sector before progressing to the position of Senior Audit & Assurance Associate at Deloitte.

 During his tenure at Deloitte, he adeptly applied his comprehensive knowledge of technical accounting and financial reporting standards, including GAAP, PCAOB, and SEC, while conducting audit procedures across all stages of the audit process. Over the course of his career, Darius has amassed valuable experience working with clients spanning diverse industries, including construction, financial services, and real estate.

 Darius earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Cincinnati in Ohio. During his time at UC, he actively participated in the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity, the National Collegiate Honor Society, and also took on the role of captain for his club lacrosse team. Outside of his professional endeavors, Darius finds fulfillment in staying active through workouts and indulging his passion for exploring new dining experiences in the vibrant Tampa area.
