Eric joined One10 in June 2022 as a member of the real estate services and buy-side due diligence teams, bringing over fifteen years of experience in various finance and accounting roles.  He began his career at Ernst & Young as part of the assurance and M&A advisory groups and servicing clients in the real estate, manufacturing, and non-profit sectors. 

In 2012, Eric joined Invitation Homes, a pre-IPO Blackstone startup portfolio company, which focuses on single-family housing. He served as Division and Regional Controller for the Midwest and Southeast US, in addition to leading various initiatives through the project management office. 

Following a move to Los Angeles in 2015, Eric joined CIM Group, a developer, lender, and operator of real assets, with over $30 billion in assets under management.  While there he held roles in financial reporting, fund accounting, and financial planning and analysis, covering both Opportunistic and Opportunity Zone strategies.

Eric earned a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Noth Carolina-Chapel Hill, a Masters in Accounting from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill’s Kenan Flagler School of Business, and is a CFA charterholder.
