Juliana began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2018 in the audit practice, working on a variety of public and private clients spanning across the commercial and industrial products, retail and consumer, and media and entertainment sectors. Juliana applied foundational knowledge of the technical accounting and financial reporting standards under GAAP, PCAOB, and SEC while performing audit procedures throughout all phases of the audit. Juliana gained valuable experience at PwC in business combinations, bankruptcy audit procedures, and IPOs. As Senior Associate, Juliana led multiple engagement teams, with an emphasis on audit quality through innovative solutions. 

Juliana then expanded her expertise at Young, Hanks, & Hanks as a tax accountant. Juliana gained valuable knowledge in preparing and reviewing multi-state tax returns in compliance with US federal and state law for over 500 individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and estates annually. Juliana also developed and managed effective working relationships with her clients to provide innovative tax planning, business consulting, and accounting services for small businesses and individuals.

Juliana received her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Accounting degrees from the University of Tampa, where she was captain of the women’s basketball team and still holds the record as the fourth leading scorer in school history. Juliana is a registered Certified Public Accountant with the State of Florida.
